Born in Nashville and now based in Lubbock, Texas, Nicole Payne is the creative force behind NICOYNE. Half Colombian and proudly bilingual, she finds joy in blending cultures — and that same mix of warmth, color, and intention shows up in every bracelet she designs.
What started as a fun hobby quickly turned into something more, thanks to the encouragement of her family and friends. Rooted in faith and inspired by the people and passions she loves — from her pup Lilo to her lifelong love of movies and sports — Nicole creates pieces that are personal, playful, and made to be shared.
When she’s not designing for NICOYNE, Nicole works in sports marketing and follows her favorite teams across tennis, Formula 1, soccer, and college basketball (Wreck ‘Em!). Through it all, she’s committed to building a brand that feels as meaningful as it is magical.
Why I Created Nicoyne
Hi! I’m Nicole, the founder and maker behind NICOYNE. What started as a simple love for making friendship bracelets has grown into a way for me to create something meaningful for others. Every single bracelet is made by hand, one at a time — so no two are ever exactly alike. I love that each piece carries its own tiny imperfections and unique details — it’s part of what makes them special.
For me, bracelets have always been more than just accessories. They’re little reminders of friendships, memories, milestones, and moments that matter. With NICOYNE, I wanted to take the classic friendship bracelet we all know and love, and give it a fresh, elevated feel — something playful, pretty, and personal that you can wear every day.
